very intimidating game, like what if you get kidnapped and they force you to download this game? would you do it? that's one less clear on your clear list FOREVER... think about it, life itself lasts decades, but the consequences for downloading this game are eternal.

A decently long needle game (readme claims 50 screens). The game has a lot of interesting use of jtool gimmicks, with some fun vine maneuvers, and there are also several stages with gimmicks. I thought the game was most interesting during the gimmicks sections, though the non-gimmick parts were by no means bad. However, gimmicks like the wall jumping, super jump refreshers, and bonk blocks made their respective stages feel a lot more memorable, and allowed for some really unique segments.
I also liked the aesthetics on display here. It's relatively incoherent, but that by no means implies that individual aesthetics were lacking. I was a huge fan of the lighthouse area both times it showed up, the hazy feeling and eerie music when you're first going through it created a cool tense atmosphere.
Overall, an easy recommendation to fans of gimmick needle. I really like having stuff in this difficulty range, it's the perfect range for me to have something challenging enough to be interesting, but to not feel very difficult.
