Well, the gimmick has already been introduced, so let's skip this.
The first screen requires some needle skills, like ledge jumps, hit-the-ceiling jumps and don't-hit-the-ceiling jumps, and there aren't many saves nearby, so I don't really recommend this game for unexperienced people.
Sadly a bit short for the author's last game, but still fun.

Most remarkable 100 Floor game. There are two settings: Medium and Impossible. Medium is friendly and for observing entire game. Impossible is setting in which game is meant to be played.

Best of it's kind. Very balanced Medley game with brand new mechanics in Stage 6. Definetly must play! (I give 9 because there are few parts with overusing Diagonals and you can't turn off title card sound (when get's a bit annoying))

Pretty fun and not really hard game with randomization of spike positions. There are rarely impossible patterns but with reset button you can customize screen for yourself!

Unlike others fangames, like WrathofAnubis said, each time you reach the portal, there are less spikes as usual. I recommand this game for players who wants to practise needle games.

A very short, fairly easy sorta-1-screen needle game. Oddly enough, it starts with all the spikes, then some disappear as you clear the room over and over...kinda anticlimactic, really. After clearing the first screen you just end up breezing through the rest. Nice minimal aesthetics though, and the VVVVV music and death sound fit the tileset well.
